Most fabrication shops run one laser or the other. We run both — a tube and profile laser alongside a high-speed fiber sheet laser — which means structural and flat work get cut under the same roof, by the same team, feeding straight into the same fabrication scopes. For our clients, that's one vendor instead of two, one point of coordination, and no scope split between shops.
Our tube and profile laser handles the structural side: round tube, square and rectangular HSS, pipe, angle, channel, beam, and flat bar. It cuts complex geometry — coped ends, holes, slots, and compound angles — in a single automated setup, so components that would take hours of saw cutting, drilling, and layout by hand come off the machine clean, accurate, and ready for fit-up. Less secondary work, tighter tolerances, and parts that drop into assembly without rework in the field.
Our high-speed fiber sheet laser takes on the flat work: plate and sheet stock cut into base plates, gussets, brackets, flanges, connection plates, panels, and intricate custom parts. Fine internal cutouts, slots, tight radii, and detail that punching or plasma can't hold are cut cleanly with minimal heat-affected edge — repeatable across a one-off prototype or a full production run, with tight nesting that keeps material efficient on volume.
Both systems run mild steel, stainless steel 304/316, and aluminum, and both back the rest of what we do — structural and miscellaneous steel, stairs and railings, access systems, custom fabrication, and large-scale builds. Whether you need standalone laser cutting or a fully fabricated assembly, we deliver precise, field-ready parts on time and on spec.
